Provide free solution design and support technical collaborative development.

02.Door-to-door installation

Our company arranges technical personnel to provide one-on-one guidance on site. After the equipment is fully operational and confirmed by the user, the equipment installation work is considered complete.

03.technical support

The equipment installation and debugging have been successful, and the technical personnel will be stationed in the factory for 24-hour technical support within 30 days of mass production of the product.

04.Training guidance

Provide a series of professional training on equipment characteristics, working principles, operation and use, equipment maintenance, fault analysis, installation testing, maintenance, and other aspects.

05.Maintenance services

① During the warranty period, free replacement parts for repair machines (excluding vulnerable parts);
② If there is a problem with the equipment, our company will respond within 24 hours and provide on-site service within 48 hours.
